RESIDENCE FORMULA
55/60 sqm apartments inside the building, suitable for long stays up to 1 year of guests who prefer to have the comfort of a house combined with hotel services.
Monthly cost includes lease fee, parking, all the utilities (water, electricity, heating, air conditioning, local waste tax TARI, high-speed internet access), the initial supply of bed, bath and kitchen linen, weekly thorough cleaning of the apartment and linen changing.
The rate per month for 1 person is 750,00 €. For 2 up to 4 persons the total cost is 900,00 €.
The minimum stay required to take advantage of the Residence Formula is 1 month. Payment of the first month is kindly due upon arrival. After the first month, it is possible to extend the reservation week by week. Advance notice of at least 5 days is required to check out without penalties. We offer our guests the possibility to have buffet breakfast included with a supplement of 100,00 € per month. Guests can ask for our laundry service at the cost of 20,00 € per 1 machine wash load, including washing, drying and folding while ironing is possible by paying an extra.
APARTMENTS IN VIA DANTE 22
Suitable for longer stays, annual rental contracts. Sqm 60/65, composed of one double bedroom (or one double and one single in the larger type), bathroom, equipped kitchen with the possibility of an extra sofa-bed, balcony or small courtyard.
The rental cost is 380,00 € per month for the one-bedroom type and 400,00 € for the two-bedroom type. It includes condominium cleaning and fees. Utilities expenses (water, TARI, electricity, NO GAS) are to be paid by the tenant. They are energy-saving apartments, equipped with solar panels, with heating/air conditioning system and setting up for internet connection and telephone. No need to put the utilities in the tenant’s name: these apartments are “turnkey”. It is possible to ask the Hotel for the laundry and cleaning service whenever needed, by paying an extra.
The expenses together with the rental fee are to be paid to the Hotel at the beginning of each month, upon receipt of the invoice.
